The "Weight" section of iWatchr is a place where you can keep track of your weight as often as you want. iWatchr also displays any weights you have recorded in a nice, clean, easy-to-understand graph.
To start using the Weight Tracker it is recommended to go to Settings and enter in a Start Weight and a Goal Weight first. (See Settings link to learn how to do this).
Once you have them set up hit the Menu button and select "Weight Records". This will bring you to a screen that will list all the weights you have recorded in list form. To start recording your weight hit the Menu button again and select "Add New Record". Enter in your weight in the provided field and when you hit "Done" you will be presented with a place to choose which date you are recording this weight for. After you choose the date hit "Set" and your weight will be recorded.
You can record your weight as often as you like. The only restriction is you can only record one weight for each date choosen but if you like you can record your weight every day, weekly, or whenever. To edit or delete a record simply long-press which record and you will be given the option to edit or delete it. You edit them the same way as you did when entering new ones.
Once you have your weight recorded simply hit the "back" button on your phone and you will be brought back to the graph where any changes you have made to the "Weight Records" list will be automatically reflected.
