The "More" section of iWatchr is a place where you can buy more content for the application. iWatchr is a great, functional app without this extra content but adding this makes it the most complete journal tracker in the AppStore!!
It is a one time purchase ($0.99) and it includes a detailed weight tracker with daily, weekly and monthly tracking, which includes graphs.
The purchase also includes a daily intake tracker with the ability to track up to 7 items. These items are fully editable which allows you to name them whatever you like (Dairy, Fruits, Veggies, etc.) as well as deciding how many of each item you should have a day.
The third item the purchase includes is an appetite tracker. This also comes with a graph that will show you the progress of your appetite throughout the day. You can see what times of the day you become the hungriest and if there is a relation between that. It allows you to record your appetite every hour if you choose.
The Weight Tracker...

Just select the "Record Weight" button in the upper left corner and the following screen will have a "+" button in the upper right. Press this to decide which day you want to add a weight for. Hit save and the recorded date will be added. To edit any date's weight just select a date to highlight it. A number wheel will slide up allowing you to choose the weight.
Select one of the segments at the top of the screen to see you past weights on the graph by day, week or month. You can also select the "i" info button in the upper right to record a start weight and a goal weight. These two will be graphed as well.

The Daily Intake Tracker...
To access the Intake Tracker, select on any of the logs you have in the History section. You will see a blue toolbar scroll up from the bottom of the screen. There will be an "intake" button to the right. All the fields in the Intake Tracker are fully editable. You can give each one whatever name you would like. To the right of each item is a small field for you to enter in the amount you should be having a day. Now as the day goes on and you want to log one of the items for a particular day just go back into the tracker and hit the respective "+" or "-" button to add or subtract servings.
Another great feature of this tracker is once you enter in the name of each item and the amount for it, iWatchr remembers that info so when you start a new day in the log and you go into the Intake for that day, all that info will be pre-entered for you!
The Appetite Tracker...

This tracker is pretty straight-forward. It too is accessed from the daily logs. When the blue toolbar scrolls up there is an "appetite" button in the middle. It has the ability to record your appetite every hour if you choose. If you already have recorded an appetite for the current hour, iWatchr will let you know so. Just select your current appetite, "Hungry", "Content" or "Full" and then hit the "Record Appetite" button. iWatchr will record the entry and immediately update the graph to reflect this. Each log has it's own appetite graph (as well as Intake Tracker) so that's why you won't see other views for the graph here. If you want to see what you appetite was like at a certain time just exit out of the Daily Log and select the new day you want to see in History.
