The Weight Tracker included with iWatchr is a great way to keep track of your results from using your diet program. It also keeps track of your BMI automatically as you add weights into the weight tracker.
Before you get started though, you need to setup a few things in the weight settings area to make the graphs best work for you. Unlike the rest of the application, where all the app's settings are in one area, the settings for the weight tracker are located right within the weight tracker screen. When you are looking at the graphs you will see a "gear"-like settings icon in the upper right above the top graph. This is how you access the settings for the weight graph. Here you can choose the range that you want to use for displaying the graph, how you want to input your weight (using decimals or hundredths) as well as inputting your height so your BMI can be calculated automatically.
Now that you have your weight tracker configured, you can begin recording weights. Above the top graph, next to the weight settings icon, is a "history" icon. This brings you to a list of all weights you
have recorded. To add a new date's weight just select the "+" button in the upper right corner and then pick which day you want to add the weight to. You'll notice that after your first weight has been added all subsequent dates added will have the last recorded weight already entered in. At this point just select that day to bring up the number wheel so you can change the weight to your liking. Once you enter in a weight using the number wheel iWatchr will automatically calculate your BMI and enter that in for you to the right of your entered weight. When you are finished hit the Done button and the graphs will update with your newly entered information.
