History

The first screen you will see once iWatchr is launched is know as the History Log. This is where all your past daily logs are stored if you ever need to look back on a day.

One of the features iWatchr has for keeping track of is a "weekly" score feature. It does this by keeping the days in the History log  color-coded (red/blue). Days that are in BLUE are days that count towards the factoring of the weekly score. Days in RED are days from previous weeks and they do not factor into your weekly score. (See above "settings" link for more info on this feature and how it works).

Other information displayed in the History log is a score total for each corresponding day. This total can be displayed in terms of "total used" or if a daily allowance is provided in settings, "total remaining".

There is a green "Export/Delete Logs" button above the logs. Select this button to export up any/all logs via email or delete multiple logs at once.

At the top left corner of the screen is an "edit" button. This button is used to put the list into edit mode so individual days can be deleted. Simply tap the edit button and individual "delete" buttons will appear next to each day allowing you to delete certain ones. The "new day" button in the top right is the button you will use to start a new log each day. When a new day starts tap on the "new day" button and a new daily log will be automatically created with today's date.

If you would like to edit a particular day's log, simply tap the desired day and you will be brought to a "details" screen where all the foods for that day will be listed. Tap the green "+" button in the upper right corner to add a new entry. This will bring you to a screen where you can give the new entry a name, value and decide which meal you would like to add it to. To edit just select the entry you would like to edit and you will be brought to the same view where you entered the name of the food and it's value originally so it can be changed. Tap the red "x" to put the entries in delete mode so you can delete them individually. The blue "i" button is just a quick overview of what you have your log settings set to (daily allowance, weekly allowance, reset day, etc..)

At the top of details view, there is some other displayed data. The "extra left" number is the amount of "weekly" points you have left. This number is determined ny two things. The first is what you have the "extra score allowed" setting set to and the second is the total amount you have gone over your daily allowance in each of the days that pertains to your week (days colored blue).

To the right of the "extra left" number is "bonus score". This is where your activity (exercise) score for this particular day, if any, would go. Score can be added here either via the "Bonus Calculator" or manually. To do it through the calculator, see the above "bonus calculator" link. To do it manually, hit the red "x" button in the upper right, just as you would if you wanted to delete individual foods. Once you enter edit mode, the "History" button in the upper left will disappear and an "edit bonus" button will take it's place. Select this "edit bonus" button and you will be presented with an option to add/delete bonus score.

To the right of the "bonus score" number is "total score". This number just represents the total value of all the foods for that particular day.  The last number which is next to total score is "total used" (this may also say "total left", depending on what you have it set to in settings. See settings link for more info on this). This number is the final calculation of score for this particular day. It takes your total food score and subtracts any exercise score you may have. This number will always be the same as the number of score displayed on the main History view (where days are color coded).
