History

The first screen you will see once iWatchr is launched is know as the History Log. This is where all your past daily logs are stored if you ever need to look back on a day.

One of the features iWatchr has for keeping track of is a "weekly" points feature. It does this by keeping the days in the History log  color-coded (red/blue). Days that are in BLUE are days that count towards the factoring of the weekly points. Days in RED are days from previous weeks and they do not factor into your weekly points. (See above "settings" link for more info on this feature and how it works).

Other information displayed in the History log is a points total for each corresponding day. This total can be displayed in terms of "total used" or if a daily allowance is provided in settings, "total remaining".

There is a green "Export/Delete Logs" button above the logs. Select this button to backup up any/all logs via email or delete multiple logs at once.

At the top left corner of the screen is an "edit" button. This button is used to put the list into edit mode so individual days can be deleted. Simply tap the edit button and individual "delete" buttons will appear next to each day allowing you to delete certain ones. The "new day" button in the top right is the button you will use to start a new log each day. When a new day starts tap on the "new day" button and a new daily log will be automatically created with today's date.

If you would like to edit a particular day's log, simply tap the desired day and you will be brought to a "details" screen where all the foods for that day will be listed. Tap the edit button in the upper right corner to put the screen into edit mode. A selection will appear under each meal (breakfast, lunch, etc..) that allows you to add foods to each meal category. The same applies if you want to edit a food already listed. Instead of selecting  "Add new...", just select the entry you would like to edit and you will be brought to the same view where you entered the name of the food and it's value originally so it can be changed.

At the top of details view, there is some other displayed data. The "extra pts. left" number is the amount of "weekly" points you have left. This number is determined ny two things. The first is what you have the "extra score allowed" setting set to (assuming the feature is turned on) and the second is the total amount you have gone over your daily allowance in each of the days that pertains to your week (days colored blue).

To the right of the "extra pts." number is "food pts. used". This number just represents the total value of all the foods for that particular day. Below that and to the left is the "bonus pts.". This is where your activity (exercise) score for this particular day, if any, would go. Points can be added here either via the "Bonus Calculator" or manually. To do it through the calculator, see the above "bonus calculator" link. To do it manually, hit the edit button in the upper right, just as you would if you wanted to add/edit individual foods. Once you enter edit mode, the "History" button in the upper left will disappear and an "edit bonus" button will take it's place. Select this "edit bonus" button and you will be presented with an option to add/delete bonus points.

The last number which is next to bonus pts. is "total pts. used" (this may also say "total pts. left", depending on what you have it set to in settings. See settings link for more info on this). This number is the final calculation of points for this particular day. It takes your total food points and subtracts any exercise points you may have. This number will always be the same as the number of points displayed on the main History view (where days are color coded).

One other piece of information that this "details" view contains is a quick glance at your settings for the log. If you were to push the little "i" info button, you will be shown a quick look at your settings.....such as what your daily allowance is, whether "extra score" is turned on/off, what the "extra score" is set to and when it will reset.
