LW: Quitting

 

The second app in the series is Living Well: Quitting. This application is a 12-week educational program designed to help you build the confidence to succeed in quitting including a solid plan to quit with a behavior change approach.

The way it works is you gain access to each module one week at a time after the previous week has been completed. Each week consists of a session module as well as an assignment and tips for that week.

There is also a Smoke Tracker, Medication Charts, Resources, Tips & Strategies and ability to email and print each weeks assignment.
