The first relesed app in the series is Living Well: Weight. This application is a 12-week educational program which incorporates the most important aspects of good nutrition, exercise and a healthy lifestyle balance.
The way it works is you gain access to each module one week at a time after the previous week has been completed. Mosts weeks consist of a nutrition and exercise module as well as an assignment and tips for that week.
There are also Strength Training exercises, Stretching exercises, a BMI calculator, a Calories Burned calculator and a fruits, veggies and water tracker.
